Bodhidipa (operated by Planthead Green Foundation, a registered Section 8 Non-Profit Organization in India) is committed to protecting your privacy. We adhere to radical data minimalism: empowering consumers with mathematical price truth without surveilling their personal lives.

1. What Information We Do NOT Collect

• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect, request, or store your personal name, personal phone number, physical address, contacts, or calendar data.
• No Financial or Payment Credentials: We never handle, inspect, or process credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking logins. All shopping transactions take place directly and exclusively on partner merchant servers (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• No Cross-Site Commercial Profiling: We do not sell user data to advertising brokers or behavioral tracking networks.

2. What Information We Process

• Product URLs & Identifiers: When you submit a product link (such as an Amazon ASIN or Flipkart PID), our systems parse the product identifier to resolve 30-day historical prices and cross-store pricing.
• Anonymous Cryptographic Hashes: Pseudonymous one-way hashes are used solely to attribute non-profit referral commissions to the foundation and prevent fraudulent loop requests.
• Telemetry Price Mesh: Aggregated, non-personal price observations and timestamps used to compute rolling 30-day medians and unmask festival price spikes.

3. Statutory Affiliate & Advertising Disclosures

In accordance with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines, US FTC 16 CFR § 255.5, the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, and Impact.com Media Partner Guidelines, Bodhidipa clearly identifies commercial affiliate relationships. All realized commissions are dedicated to planting native biodiverse food forests under UN Sustainable Development Goal 15.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Bodhidipa uses first-party session identifiers for site operation and secure navigation. Saved products and target prices are stored in your browser’s local storage and can be removed from your watchlist. If you submit text to the AI review checker, that text is sent to the configured AI provider for analysis. Remove personal information before submitting reviews. We do not deploy third-party advertising tracking cookies.
